I just wanted to let you know that we received our brochures of our Calendar of Events, and we are SO happy with the final product. It looks crisp, the images look great, and the price was a good deal more reasonable than other online printers. We are very happy that we have an eye-catching calendar.

I have been designing for print and dealing with printers and even ran a few presses for 40 years (yes, I started in my teens), so I know what is capable as far as quality production. However, what I am looking at right now -- my business cards that you produced in record time, with extremely courteous and efficient customer service -- totally breaks all records for quality pressmanship. I have never seen, except in the most expensive fine art reproductions, such fine detail, accurate color, and I repeat -- fine detail! Where are the halftone dots??? (I lost my loupe; now I MUST find it!)

Phrases such as "highest quality within the Graphics Arts Industry" and "quality of your project will be outstanding" are words that usually revolt me because I know it's an unfulfilled promise. But those words describe your quality and service 100%.

I am thrilled I have found my new printer!

Just a note to - again - say thanks to you and the team at Printrunner for all your help in getting our program ("catalog") finished so quickly and beautifully. If you could see the last program we had done at 4Over, you would know why I am so thrilled with this one. The difference is night and day. The colors Printrunner has printed are excellent!!!

You would not believe how many people want me to design and print materials for them. I never intended to start a business. I was simply volunteering for a charitable event and wanted to cut their budgeted printing expenses (which I did by 60% while offering far superior quality). It is a huge revelation that commercial printing is so affordable for individuals, small business and non-profits. I have no professional training in design (I'm a lawyer), but your print quality is so impressive that almost anything I do looks professional-quality.

And the prices PrintRunner offers cannot be beat. I was in a rush in January and just happened to select PR from the dozens of websites that came up when I googled "discount color printing". . .but I now have spent hours comparing prices and no one matches your pricing. . .even "sales" fall short. I also doubt that any could beat the customer service you have provided and I truly appreciate. I called with a huge rush job on a small order and complete ignorance of design and print. . .but with your support and patience, we got the materials on time and everyone was impressed. And you have continued to offer quality service throughout my series of small orders and treated me as if my account is as important as that of your larger clients.

I have been turning away offers of work and only doing "favors" at this point, but am going to give one "client" your name directly. Somehow I got myself into designing a web site for a photographer and she wants business cards and promotional postcards. . .since she knows her way around photoshop, I've directed her to your templates asked her to go through you directly. I think once she sees the quality of printing, she'll be expanding some of her services - so I thought she should get an account and relationship established for herself.

Again, thank you for everything and I'll keep my orders trickling in until I get the time and confidence to jump in big time.

I would like to highly commend your company! About a month ago as I was getting ready for my first wedding show in about a decade I ordered postcards from your company. I sent the order in with plenty of time and I received them quickly – about two weeks before the show. As I opened the boxes up I realized that the important info on the back of the cards was not printed – the cards were blank. I quickly contacted my rep who stated that she thought they were printed correct. After checking the order she said that she would print them up again – at no charge. Not only did she print them up correctly, but she got them to me before the wedding show.

I have always stated that anyone can get the order right. The great companies handle challenges, get the order fixed right while keeping the clients happy. You will have my business for a long time. . .

I recently made my first order of 500 business cards with your company. I'm completely satisfied with the results -- the rounded corners are a nice option and the quality of paper and ink is first class.

It was not a big order, but I received a hand-written thank-you note from you anyway. I wanted to let you know that that really impressed me. I've already recommended your company to two friends. I had high hopes of replying in kind, but an email will have to do for now. :)

The fact that you sent a "thank you for your business" card is not earth-shattering, but the fact that it was hand-written is.
